Change is the only constant

There we go.. added a lots of stuff to the sidebar, and also removed some stuff. I also tweaked the javascript a bit to help the page load a bit faster.
Please do inform me if the lots of stuff on the sides slows down the page for you, so that i can pull off some of the things not required.

Changes:
1.Removed the header.
2.Added a search box.
3.Added a rating meter. (Please go ahead and rate my blog!! try to give it a 5 )
4.the visitor counter now ignores all my visits. (laptop/desktop, all alike).
5.added a jigsaw puzzle. (quite unnecessary really)
6.re-ordered everything a bit.
7.now only 5 posts per page. (i don’t know why)
8.added a poll!!! go give your vote NOW…
9.what more do you want? i hope this much is enough!! :p
